OK, first of all, I have two observations. If you used the original formula of Jack3d, then you do not need to look for another formula. Simply, better than the original Jack3d isn't create. So, if you aren't use the original Jack3d, then, here you can find some interesting information for you.

The original formula was one of the first pre-workouts I ever tried. It has always been my go-to when I need a solid, reliable boost before I go to the gym. The taste has always been bad no matter the flavor but it is a small price to pay for the effects you receive from Jack3d. 

Advanced formula is different than the original Jack3d. Youall get a different sensation of energy than the original product.

I was a long time user of the original Jack3d. Then, Jack3d Advanced came along. There was a time when I moved around pre-workouts because I was always looking for that perfect blend. Jack3d Advanced has everything that I need. It provides clean, usable energy, great pumps and has the best fruit punch flavor that I've tasted in a pre-workout. I strongly recommend you give it a try. You won't look back. I've been less than impressed with Blue-Raspberry flavor profiles. But, USPlabs absolutely nailed this one. It has the pefect amount of sweetness, while the taste is not that overpowering laboratory flavor that we often see in this flavor.

Jack3d advanced formula is best product for more pumps. Provide more energy and more pumps for more workout sessions. I am feeling some great difference in my energy and now I am able to lift more heavy weight as compare to some previous work out sessions. 

I have used different pre work out supplement but this one is the best, for me it is great and increases my pumps as well as my energy. It does not have any tingle effect and that's a main reason behind I loved this product. 

Jack3d advanced formula is better then Jack3d Micro but not better the the original, then again you won't die with this one. 

Jack3d advanced formula is great pre workout. Its smooth and clean energy that lasts several hours without crashing. Weights, reps, and track time have all improved. Beware the scoops are tiny but extremely strong and potent! 1.5-2 does the trick for me. Pumps are there as well. I've tried many different pre workout supplements and it looks like I finally found my favorite. 

I recieved the new Jack3d from USPLabs through a giveaway on one of the company promotion forums so I felt like this would be the best time to try out a review. I will be reviewing the product on Mixability, taste, energy, pump, andoverall effectiveness. 

Mixability: 9/10 

This stuff mixed up very easily. I shake my mixes very vigorously, and this stuff didn't take too long to dissolve and no residule left on the bottom, as is usually the case with pwo that contain creatine monohydrate. I used two scoops and 8oz of water, so very pleased. 

Taste: 10/10 

I was given the Watermelon flavor by USP; which is pretty awesome, because that is the flavor I usually pick when selecting supp. flavors. It tasted very good, and not too sweet or overwhelmingly fruity like other supps. 

Energy: 9/10 

This is where this product shines. About 20 minutes in you definitely feel the effects of the Beta-Alanine (Carnosyn), which is a feeling that i enjoy because it lets me know it almost time to produce. About 40 minutes after intially taking and my body was filled with a feeling of confidence and determination, possibly due to the Yohimbe in it. Once again very pleased. 

Pump: 9/10 

Very strong effect. From the beggining of my workout increased vascularity is felt almost immediately after first set. I could feel every rep. By the middle of my workout my chest was very tight and veins were apparent enough to see even miniscual ones I haven't noticed before. 

Overall Effectiveness: 9/10 

This product was great. From the begginging of my workout all the way to the end I felt emursed in a feeling of determination and confidence. Increased vascularity was obvious from the start and improved throughout. The pump "hurt so good" that it made me strive to get extra reps each set just to sustain the sensation. Creatine Monohydrate was very effective produicing a few extra pumps on certain lifts. All in all this was a great experience and Jack3d has now become a staple in my workout stack. 

Thank you USPLabs for giving me the opportunity to try out Jack3d and thak you again for the shirt :) I only gave it a 9, because in my opinion nothing can be perfect or else we would not keep driving to improve or try something better.

I use this product before workouts about 30 to 40 minutes prior to workout, using one scoop and after starting I take another. It gives you a nice and stable energy the whole time in the gym(1hr and 30m+ 20-25sets!) great focus but don't looks like your on crack and a good pump. It taste better than the original this one is safer and more better results from the use, have'nt gotten to the long term usage since today was my first day hope it stays the same for months. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family. 

Advanced is nearly as good as the original and tons better than micro. JACK3D Advanced is an awesome pre-workout supplement.

Bodybuilder Confessions: My experiment with Jack3D

Round about 2008, news about Jack3d hit my gym in south London. Suddenly everyone was talking about it: how this stuff was better than anything else anyone had tried; that it gave you this incredible focus, determination and limitless energy.

It wasn't just that people were talking about it like it was this god-given miracle; you could see the effects. People who had come to the gym to stand around chatting were suddenly on fire. They became fiends. They'd be lifting weights 30% heavier than they ever had before, for rep after rep. They'd work out for hours then run around the gym looking for more things to lift. They wouldn't want to go home.

Obviously I was curious: I was 19; I was stupid. I bought a pot of the stuff from someone at the gym. I'd never taken a pre-workout supplement before but had only just got into intense cardio so was a sponge for anyone who wanted to give me advice. If the pros said this would transform my training, that was good enough for me.

I remember the first time I tried it. I took a single scoop on an empty stomach about 40 minutes before my workout, and about 30 minutes later felt totally pumped. My hands were tingling, then my head and then my whole body.

The focus was amazing. I literally had tunnel vision. The motivation was mad. I'd never pushed myself that hard in the gym. I could do anything and my muscles never felt like they would tear. I didn't feel any burning; just that I could lift whatever I wanted.

I was sold on it. I began using it almost every time I worked out – giving myself a day or two off every so often. Some people said the effects got less for them over time but that never happened with me.

Other people complained of itching – sometimes so badly that it felt like ants were crawling over their body – migraines and weird burnouts, where they'd suddenly crash in the middle of training and be almost unable to move, they'd be so lethargic.

I didn't have any of that. It was amazing. I felt so pure and positive. I'd stay in the gym for hours with this laser-like focus. The only downpoint was that when I got home after exercising, I couldn't eat. It was actually hard work to get a protein shake down me. Sleeping was also a problem: I learnt not to take Jack3d less than 10 hours before I wanted to sleep. There was no point: sleep would be impossible.

I gradually upped my dose. After a few months, I was taking three and sometimes four scoops. I was beginning to get worried about the way my heart started racing when I was exercising hard. Then one day, my muscles suddenly failed in the middle of an exercise and I crashed. I felt totally out of it, like I was drugged.

I thought I had pushed myself too hard and gave myself a day off. But the next day I nearly passed out just walking the stairs to the gym. Still, I just assumed I'd been driving myself too hard. I took a few days off but continued with the Jack3d when I went back to the gym again. Over the next few months, the comedowns got worse. One time I actually had lockjaw. The way the drug made my whole body tingle and my stomach burn began to worry me. I began feeling nervy when the drug wore off.

I'd been taking Jack3d for around five months by this time and the chat around the gym was becoming more critical. The most intelligent people were doing their own research into the ingredients and deciding it wasn't as safe as they'd all thought.

I stopped using the stuff after waking up a few nights in a row with my heart racing in a really scary way. It only lasted for less than a minute but it freaked me out.

It was the beginning of the end of my fascination with the gym. Once I stopped taking Jack3d, working out wasn't as exciting as it had been and I began feeling it wasn't such a cool place to be anyway: I realised I'd been idolising men who were prepared to take stupid risks with their health for the sake of a few muscles.

I wasn't at all surprised that Jack3d was banned last year. I'm no longer part of that world but I'd be surprised if there wasn't another supplement being taken now, that will be discovered to be just as dangerous a few months down the line.
